CHECK-IN

Our check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00. We’d really appreciate it if you could stick to these times. If you need to check in earlier, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, please consider that early check-ins during the summer season can only be confirmed on your arrival day. Late check-ins, from 21:00 to 24:00, are possible for some of our property prior approval. Please kindly confirm your arrival time as soon as possible

CHECK-OUT

Our check-out time is no later than 10:00. Please kindly confirm your check-out time as soon as possible. If you’d like to request a late check-out, please contact us through any of the contact details provided in this manual. However, please be informed that we may not be able to grant your request if we have a same-day check-in
