No parties or events allowed

Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Additional visitors are not permitted without prior approval

Please don't eat and drink in the bedrooms and ensure you rinse off the sand to limit sand deposit in the home

Please treat our house with the same respect as you would do with your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests

Please respect the noise curfew (12 - 8 AM)

Don’t forget, we have neighbours! So please be respectful and keep the noise to a minimum, especially at night

Please do not rearrange the furniture

To avoid any potential damage, please do not move furniture

Please maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay

Please do your dishes and don't leave food rests on the kitchen counter or outside tables overnight to keep the property free from ants and other pests

No smoking allowed inside the property

Guests can only smoke outdoors.
Please do not throw cigarette butts onto the property garden. You should instead dispose of them in the ashtray provided

Please take out the rubbish daily

Our local government is strict about separating rubbish from recycling. So please dispose of your waste in the corresponding bins (they’re clearly labelled to make this as easy as possible for you)

Please switch off the lights and turn off the A/C or the fans when you go out

We’re an eco-friendly home! Please use appliances responsibly to help the environment

Please report any damage asap

In the event that something is broke, lost, or malfunctions, please let us know immediately so that we can replace it asap. We understand that accidents happen, and will work with you to asses any damages if necessary

No illegal substances allowed on the premises

We don't allow illegal activities and other behaviours that could cause harm
