You can taste the famous grilled suckling pig, wild boar in Cannonau, goat, lamb in Vernaccia, and the freshest fish—caught in the Sinis ponds and the Gulf of Oristano and cooked according to traditional Sardinian recipes. Everything is accompanied by seasonal fruit and vegetables, freshly picked from their garden and organically grown.
