things to know
rubbish
Please follow the waste sorting calendar and the guide (find guide here) provided on the fridge. Bin bags are under the kitchen sink. Please note waste sorting is monitored by local authorities. Incorrect refuse sorting can result in fines which will be deducted from your deposit or charged at check-out
front door
Don't lock yourself out! The front door doesn't open from the outside without a key, so make sure you don't leave the keys inside the house when staying in the patio
parking
Free parking is available near the property (watch out for no parking and disable parking signs)
power
Since the property has a standard electricity power, using multiple appliances together may cause the power to go off due to a power overload. In the event of a power outage, the electric panel is located in the living room by the entrance (see picture), while the main switchboard is outside the property on the wall (see picture)
water tank
There is a terracotta colour water tank on the balcony of the master bedroom. This automatically fills when water is available from the tap and if there is a water cut, it supplies water to the house. To activate the tank you'll need to press the button (labelled) by the bedside table (right one/balcony side)
toilet
Due to the local plumbing system, to avoid creating clogs and blockages, please do not over-use toilet paper and do not flush down anything except for toilet paper. Please use the bin provided for feminine products, wipes or anything else
MOSQUITOES & MOSQUITO NETS
Unfortunately during warm and hot periods there are many mosquitoes and insects, therefore we recommend you to always use mosquito nets and keep the main door closed. In the house you will find some products for protection from mosquitoes and insects. We also kindly ask you to operate the mosquito nets with care to avoid damaging them
PLANTS
Feel free to water the plants (if needed). It would be really appreciated!
