Info & Rules

We are a small family business in the central-western part of the island of Sardinia. All properties showed on this website are managed in the name and on behalf of the owner.

The main guest must be 18 years old at the time of booking confirmation, while for groups, the main guest must be at least 21 years old. The guest shall use the property for the purpose of a private holiday home and must not be occupied by more people than stated in the booking confirmation. It is not permitted to organise parties/events and commercial photography and filming aren't allowed.

We do not allow illegal activities or any other behaviour that could cause harm to the property. For example:

• Illegal drugs: the use, cultivation, production, or distribution of illegal drugs is not permitted.
• Sexual exploitation of minors: it is prohibited to force, manipulate, or induce individuals under the age of 18 to engage in sexual activities, either in person or online.
• Human trafficking: it is forbidden to recruit, house, transport, transfer, or receive an individual through force, deception, or coercion for the purpose of labor or sexual exploitation.
• Sex trade exploitation: this property must not be used for paid sexual services, such as erotic massages or prostitution.
• Commercial pornography: this property must not be used to create photos, videos, or pornographic material for commercial purposes.

Violation of these house rules will result in the immediate termination of the stay and, where necessary, intervention by law enforcement.

Our check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00. If you wish to check-in earlier, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Late check-ins, from 21:00 to 24:00, is possible prior approval, but may be subject to an extra charge. Please confirm your arrival time as soon as possible. Our check-out time is no later than 10:00.

Linen (bedsheets, towels, kitchen and table linen) are included in the rental fee. Please kindly let us know any requests regarding bed preparation as soon as possible.

Some municipalities require non-residents to pay a small fee called 'tourist tax' or 'city tax’ per person per night for a certain amount of nights. Please note that the tourist tax is not included in the rental price and must be paid as per local municipality regulations. The host will collect the city tax during check-in or in advance (via bank transfer) and will remit it to the local authority. 

Guests are required to follow the local recycling calendar. Waste must not be accumulated inside or outside the property; it must be placed out on the street in the designated bins according to the indicated days and times. Failure to comply may result in additional disposal fees.

Smoking is forbidden inside all our properties.

Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 24:00 and 08:00.

We must communicate the personal details of each guest to the competent bodies, for this reason, upon your arrival, we will take a photo of the ID of each guest. You are welcome to take pictures of your documents and send them to us prior arrival. The number of guests must be the same as indicated on the booking confirmation. Any extra guest (adult or child) not declared on the booking confirmation, and not agreed before arrival, will be subjected to an extra fee providing that the maximum number of allowed guests has not been reached yet.

The guest must pay the damage deposit specified in the quotation at check-in. The guest shall not cause any damage or injury to the exterior, structure or any part of the property or adjoining property. If damage or injury does occur the guest will be liable for the cost of any repairs. The host will return the damage deposit to the guest upon check-out.

The property is delivered clean and tidy. The cost for the final cleaning is included in the rental fee.

Travelling with animals? Unfortunately not all our properties accept pets. Please check in the 'more info' section if the property you wish to request a quote for accepts pets. Where pets are allowed, please specify this in your quote request.

When requesting a quote, please specify number of guests and desired dates. We will reply with a quotation and/or all possible alternatives if the property requested or the dates indicated are no longer available.
