Guest Guide

All properties featured on this website are managed by Absolute Sardinia in the name and on behalf of their respective owners.

A rental agreement must be signed, and all guests must be registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with applicable Italian regulations.

Seven days before your arrival — or shortly after booking if your reservation is made less than seven days before check-in — you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the online check-in and securely provide the required identification documents for all guests, including minors and infants.

Check-in is available between 16:00 and 21:00.

If you require an earlier or later arrival, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that early check-in can only be confirmed on the day of arrival.

We kindly ask you to let us know your expected arrival time as soon as possible.

Check-out is required by 10:00.

Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and table linen are included in the rental fee and are provided according to the number of guests included in the reservation. If you have any specific preferences or requests regarding bed arrangements, please let us know as early as possible before arrival.

Please note that linen changes and additional linen sets are not provided during your stay. Guests are welcome to use the washing machine provided at the property to wash the linen and towels whenever needed.

Water, electricity and gas are included in the rental price. We kindly ask guests to use these resources responsibly and avoid unnecessary waste, helping us reduce our environmental impact.

Your property will be clean and tidy on arrival. The cost of final cleaning is included in the rental fee.

Some municipalities in Sardinia require visitors to pay a tourist tax, usually calculated per person and per night, for a specified number of nights.

This tax is not included in the rental price and must be paid in accordance with the regulations of the relevant municipality.

Please follow the waste separation and disposal instructions provided for your property.

Waste should not be left to accumulate inside or outside the property.

Failure to follow the local waste disposal rules may result in additional charges.

Not all of our properties accept pets.

Please check the property's specific pet policy before making a booking or submitting an enquiry. If you are travelling with a pet, please make sure to include this information before making a booking or submitting an enquiry.

The main guest must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the booking confirmation.

The property is intended exclusively for the agreed holiday stay and must not be used for any other purpose. The following activities and uses are strictly prohibited:

• Any unlawful activity.

• The use of the property for prostitution.

• Any commercial or business activity unrelated to the agreed holiday stay, including providing services to third parties, whether paid or unpaid.

• Parties and events.

Any serious breach of these rules may constitute grounds for termination of the rental agreement, in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the agreement. Where appropriate, the relevant authorities may be notified.

Smoking is not permitted inside any of our properties.

Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 24:00 and 08:00.
